To support our rapid expansion, we are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter who knows how to find top talent, build strong candidate relationships, and drive our full-cycle recruitment workflows across international markets.
🎯 What You Will Do
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical and product roles (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, PMs, and specialized tech talent).
- Smart Sourcing: Apply creative sourcing strategies beyond basic searches (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-Ray/Boolean, tech communities) to map out and engage passive candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a transparent, warm, and memorable experience from the first message to the offer sign-off.
- Pre-Onboarding Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal HR team to ensure smooth transitions for new hires from offer acceptance to Day 1.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on tech hiring trends, map candidate pools, and share actionable insights to continuously optimize our talent pipelines.
👤 What We Expect From You
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT/Tech recruitment (in-house or agency background).
- Tech Literacy: Solid understanding of modern software engineering stacks, role nuances, and technical terminology.
- Languages: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher — strong spoken and written skills are required for communicating with global talent and internal partners.
- Ownership: A self-managed, proactive approach with strong negotiation skills and a genuine enthusiasm for matching the right talent with the right team.
